Shipping Policy
Shipping is truly the uphill battle for many small businesses. In order to keep cost at a minimum we incentivize the shopping experience. Our domestic and international shipping policies offer free shipping after spending a certain dollar amount at checkout. We do not profit from shipping fees, as it goes to the shipping company's and the overhead to maintain shipping accounts.
Domestic Shipping:
Current domestic shipping fees are reflective of today's market. This fee is subject to change. Currently domestic shipping is free when spending $75 USD or more at checkout.
International Shipping:
International shipping rates are reflective of today's market. This fee is subject to change. Currently International shipping is free when spending $150 USD or more at checkout.
All Shipment Updates:
We currently have an international manufacturer to reduce overall cost and minimize price hikes because of current economic climate. Be advise when purchasing, it will take 7-10 business days to manufacture and an additional 7-10 business days to ship. Please be mindful when ordering, that you understand shipping timelines. We do not accept returns.
As a small online business with a print-on-demand distribution model, each product is custom-made just for you after your order is confirmed. This approach helps us ensure quality, reduce waste, and offer affordable styles. To help you find your perfect fit, we provide detailed measurements at the bottom of every product description—please review them carefully before purchasing.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges.
Like our return policy, this is due to our made-to-order model and limited inventory. Every item is personally inspected before it’s shipped to you. By minimizing overhead costs, we can offer you high-quality pieces at accessible prices. To avoid any sizing issues, please ensure you know your measurements and read the product descriptions thoroughly.
For garment care, please follow the provided washing instructions to maintain the longevity of your items.

How to report a quality issue:
• Contact us: Email CEO@FCKCLOUT.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include in your email:
• Your order number.
• Photos of the issue (if applicable).
What happens next?
• We aim to process all requests within 7 business days.
• If approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping details.
• Please note that unconfirmed returns cannot be accepted.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
• Items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as we do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) services.
DISCLAIMER:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and other reasons, including:
• Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks.
• Sample items.
• Items deliberately damaged or altered.
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• Items returned due to delivery delays caused by incorrect recipient information (e.g., phone number or shipping address).
Order Cancellations
Can you cancel an order and receive a refund? Yes, under specific circumstances:
• Orders not yet in production can be canceled in full.
• If your order has entered production but hasn’t been shipped, the shipping cost can be refunded.
